After what was (reportedly) the longest planning application in UK history, Brighton & Hove Albion asked Sports Alliance to help prepare the club data and marketing processes as part of the move from Withdean to the new stadium at Falmer.

Brighton & Hove Albion chose a MS Dynamics CRM system, hosted by Ciber, as their CRM solution for contact and sales process management. Sports Alliance provided the sales support and consultancy for the set-up and use of key business processes for stadium migration sales within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and data management to support this.
