Tottenham Hotspur had been a client on project basis for a number of seasons but in 2010 decided to grant Sports Alliance an annual contract. A major part of the decision to start working more closely with Sports Alliance, besides obvious benefits such as the Supporter Marketing Console, was the introduction of the new Club Cash loyalty scheme.
Sports Alliance has made it possible for participants in the Club Cash program to earn and redeem club cash in the retail systems - the on-line shop as well as in the Club shop - as well as earn with external partners through the Reward scheme. Details of the individual supporter balance and transactions are calculated and pushed out by Sports Alliance to the Reward system and to the Club's web partner Blu Halo.
This has been achieved by integrating over 10 club systems on a real-time basis.
