Sports Alliance and CIBER UK are working to deliver sales and contact management using hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Sports Alliance has a long-standing relationship with CIBER UK as the authors of the Ascent CRM software, first installed in a UK premiership football Club in 2004. The option for Microsoft Dyanamics as a software platform for sales and contact management is a new development.

This led us to launch ‘CIBER Sport’ earlier this year. This is a hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution configured for football clubs which is available on a per user per month cost basis. We have worked with Sports Alliance already at two clubs this year – and we’re sure others will follow – such that a richer ‘managed service’ is provided around the CRM software itself."
