Over 70,000 One Hotspur members can now benefit from the launch of the new ‘ClubCash’ loyalty scheme at Spurs. From the start of the current season, ClubCash is now earned by One Hotspur members on all purchases instore and online for Spurs Merchandise, as well as via the existing external retail network. As a major development, ClubCash can now also be used to redeem or as payment type in the same Spurs merchandise systems instore and online.

The supporters identify themselves using their One Hotspur card or their One Hotspur membership number, and ClubCash is earned for all merchandise purchases. Sports Alliance helps as the ‘glue’ that links the scheme’s many partners and systems together, identifying all eligible Members from the Club’s membership system, merging all ClubCash eligible purchases together from the Club’s retail systems, calculating individual balances on a daily basis, and then updating Club online systems for publishing information directly to the supporter on their One Hotspur internet account.
